No refunds are allowed once the ticket has been purchased.

If for reasons of force majeure you need to cancel your reservation, you can contact us by email at etnograficcampos@gmail.com.

Please indicate in the message:

• The full name under which you made the booking.
• The day and time of the visit.
• The reason for the cancellation.
